About Graduation Procedures!


In order to start the graduation process, students who have graduated must fill in the forms below and submit them to the Student Affairs Unit of our Faculty along with their student ID.

The academic advisors' approval of graduation in the Student Information System (OBS) is only the first step in graduating the student and is not a sufficient process for graduation on its own. The student who is at the graduation stage is obliged to forward his graduation request to our Dean's Office. The graduation procedures of the students who do not submit the specified forms are not started.

Alumni Opinion and Suggestion Form (Click)


A document from the Library Department stating that there is no book and/or fee debt to the University Library.


OUR FOREIGN STUDENTS by entering the Turkey Alumni website (https://www.turkiyemezunlari.gov.tr/Account/Login )
Must be a member of the Turkey Alumni Portal,
Then, as a member of the Student portal, you must enter your personal, education, contact and other information,
After entering your information, you should download the form by clicking on the "Graduation Form" on the same line with the relevant education from the "Education Information" tab,
After printing and signing the downloaded form, they must submit it to our Student Affairs Unit together with the 5 forms above.
